The Village Players theatre group provides excellent dinner theatre annually at the Community Centre.  The Coldwater Grist Mill situated on the edge of the river is a must visit telling the story of Coldwater’s Indigenous history.  Newly renovated washrooms, a gift shop featuring handmade local arts and crafts and an outdoor amphitheater called the “The Music Barn” make The Mill Coldwater’s signature landmark.  The Coldwater Canadiana Heritage Museum is 6 acres of beautiful grounds gardens and outbuildings telling the story of Coldwater’s pioneer days.  The Woodrow Homestead is the original home of Coldwater’s early Scottish settlers and offers Devon Tea events.  Both the Mill and the Museum are open seasonally and are great places to stroll the grounds or take engagement photos!  Dog friendly.  While in town pick up Coldwater’s Architectural walking tour map at one of the shops on the Historic Main Street.  Travel through Coldwater to the Big Chute Marine Railway, a national historic site.
